ultra 2 cancel my subscription

I would like to cancel my subscription but when I go into my account it won't let me cancel my subscription. I've been trying for months. Despite having searched for months I am unable to find a customer service phone number or email address.

Have you tried looking for a phone number in the arlo mobile app, go to settings page then support page and select the device that has a subscription to view contact options.

Are you using a PC browser (my.arlo.com)?
