I am looking to purchase the ARLO ULTRA 2 XL kit (https://www.arlo.com/en-us/cameras/ultra/arlo-ultra-2.html), Does the package comes with the "smart hub" or do I need to buy that separately?

I am guessing that you are selecting the "2 XL camera kit" from the drop down in your link - item VMS5242-211NAS.

This appears to include the smarthub.  But I agree it isn't as clear as it might be.  So I am tagging the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) so they can confirm.

Yes it does, the add on camera option does not. Hope that helps : )
