We have Ultra 2s and Pro2s running on 2 separate base stations. Arlo upgraded us to the new feed yesterday. Now we have no audio on our videos. How do we make sure our settings are correct for motion and audio, as well as for having audio/sound actually on the clips in the feed. We're lost now.....

PS we want all cameras at full motion and full audio triggers

Go into the camera settings, and check the audio section (making sure the mic is turned on).

 

Also maybe check the recordings on a PC, to make sure this isn't a playback issue.
