Really wish I never bought this system. My recordings quit for no reason. I have to reinstall the software to get it running again.
I don’t have the ridiculous pay subscription.

Well, the system is designed to work best with cloud recordings - local storage has always been pegged as a backup capability.
What do you mean b y needing to reinstall the software to get it running again - the app or something else? The app shouldn't make a difference since your account and settings aren't stored there. When you have the issue, have you checked the drive on a computer to verify that recent videos are or are not there?
