What are some external hard drives that are compatible with the Ultra 2 base station?

What are some external hard drives that are compatible with the Ultra 2 base station? I got the Seagate 2tb hard drive and it is not compatible apparently.

Are you talking about the VMB5000 that comes bundled with the Ultra 2?  It uses a microSD card, not an external drive.  The VMB4000-series use USB drives.
