Web Dashboard stuck on "Please wait..."

When username and password entered on my.arlo.com page then it gets stuck on "Please wait...".
When the page is refreshed after waiting a few minutes then it returns to login page prompting to type username and password.
Tried different browsers (latest versions) Chrome, Firefox, Safari, from a Mac and Windows and different computers.
Still the same. Last year I used to able to login without problem.
Because I am unable to login I cannot contact Arlo tech support.
Any suggestion is appreciated.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
