Hello,
Video from one of my 3 Ultra 2 cameras is dark and it also sometimes has a green tint.
All 3 cameras are in the same light conditions and should be displaying the images with the same brightness and colors. (Outside temperature is around -8C / 17F, if that is a factor.)
Here are 2 pictures that demonstrates the issue: (the "faulty" camera is the top one, "Cabin Driveway" 😉 )
The left picture shows how Camera "Cabin Driveway" is too dark and has a green tint. The video used to be like "Cabin Entrance".
I played around with the settings... +2 brightness, but the image is still darker than the other 2 who have +0 brightness. (See right Picture.) The light conditions are the same for all 3 cameras, when this screenshot was taken.
Arlo IOS app version: 5.4.2 (8923)
Camera firmware: 1.070.53.3_6_297b17b
Camera Hardware: H10
What should I do?
Thank you in advance!

Try removing the camera from the account, and then doing a factory reset. Do the reset by opening the camera housing and pressing the sync button inside until the LED flashes amber (~15 sec). Then add the camera back to your account.
