So I just logged on to my camera because I got an alert and am unable we to see anything due to not having a subscription. I have Ultra 1 and 2 and 2 active base stations (VBM 5000), plus a doorbell... and unless I pay $240 a year I can no longer check recording while away from the house? I've been with arlo for around 7 yrs and spent a lot of cash. As you can tell I'm a little upset, I feel this is underhanded, I don't need 'improved" storage, what i had was perfect.. is there any option to return to what I had, what am I missing? Sorry for the gripe, however I doubt I'm the only one.

Your Ultras have always required a subscription for cloud storage.

 

Are you using direct access to local storage (microSD card in the base stations)?

Do you see "Library" in the app menu?  Or do you instead see "Feed" and "Dashboard"?
