I think I am facing the same problem everyone is facing. homekit is not allowing to add the device from the apple homekit app and the addition from arlo app never finishes. Can someone please help? The chat support is gone for a toss as well, once I select the category, the subcategory etc. never populates so unable to proceed.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?
