I am trying to connect a Pro Base Station Single-LED VMB4500 to my Arlo account so I can use the Ultra 2 cameras. I have factory reset and tried several troubleshooting options but nothing works. I am using Google Nest Router and support has informed me to make sure ports 80 and 443 are open. My ISP doesn't close/open ports and so potentially it's a router firewall issue. Has anyone come across this problem?

What does the LED show as it's booting up and then after ~2 minutes when the base is fully booted? You should see blue and amber at various times during boot and then solid blue when done. If you have a VPN in use, disable it for setup.

If you can browse the web, they are open. So that is not the problem.
Have you tried installing it using a PC (my.arlo.com)? Connect the PC with ethernet if you can, and disable any internet security /antivirus software during the install.
