Ultra2 not received any vedio in image laibrary

I purchased new ultra2 4 cam install but when alert show its not stored in my image or laibrary? I dont have or dont wants to buy any plan  can i get free alert saved in laibrary ?

Do you have a smarthub (VMB4540 or VMB5000) with local storage attached?

Note that with "Feed", you can find any local recordings by

1. going to "Devices"
2. selecting the smarthub
3. selecting storage settings
