Ultra 4k has no sound in app in live mode and recordings lack sound

I am not hearing sound in the app when I listen live or in recordings. However, when I save a recording to photos the sound is there. The problem seems to be with the app.

What phone device are you using? Is this also happening when checking through the web client on your computer?

It’s an iPhone. When I saved Arlo videos to the photos folder and played them the sound was there, so for some reason it wasn’t playing in the app. When I deleted and reinstalled the app, sound was once again working fine. Any ideas what caused the problem in the app?
