Ultra 2

I have an Ultra 2 camera just out of warranty.  When I manually turn the camera on, it defaults to black & white.  If I slide the flashlight up and down, it will convert to color.  This is during the bright, Florida daytime.

Try reinserting the camera battery. It may be useful to remove the camera from your account and add it back.
