My camera is recording and is capable of being played back to my phone. However, when I look at the display of devices, this particular camera does not display anything other than and exclamation mark inside a red circle. Upon tapping that, I am told that quote your Arlo device appears offline." I have tried turning off the base station and turning it back on to no effect. What to do?
BTW thanks to Arlo for the total lack of telephone support. Waited on for ages to nop effect. Booked a call back also to no effect. They really should be doing better.

Mine is doing this to every time to go to the app to check my camera it’s offline even tho my base has the green light on. I have to close the app and go back on to get in. It’s getting very annoying now

Do you mind trying to reset the Ultra 2 then re-adding it back to the account to see if it changes the behavior you are seeing?
