I needed to mount camera upside down so used the inverted -- rotate image 180 degrees -- option. It works as advertised.
However, the motion sensing zone (lower 2/3 of image) stayed fixed and didn't rotate. So now I have the motion zone as upper 2/3 of image. is there a way to rotate the motion zone?

WilsonEvans,
No. The motion detection area limitation is due to the placement of the sensor on the camera. When you flip the camera, this means the sensor is also flipped. This is a hardware limitation and cannot be resolved with software.
