Ultra 2 camera battery won't charge

Tried changing inside after warming up (in MN) and outside connected to an outlet.  Still won't charge.  Camera was purchased on January 7th of 2024.  Had an older version camera in same location for years.

Are you using the original AC cable and adapter to charge the device?
