Notifications vibrate but do not make any noise

Put my phone on do not disturb and added arlo as an allowed app. Notifications vibrate but do not make any noise. How do I fix this? (iPhone)

Which versions of iOS are you using?

Which version of the Arlo app are you using?

 

 Can you verify that Arlo is listed under Settings > Do not Disturb > Apps > as well as (Allow notifications from) is checked.
