Over the past week I noticed my cameras will not trigger, record, or do anything if a white 2019-2023 Toyota rav4 pulls into my driveway. This has now happened over multiple days. Other then this these cameras work fine. I just wanted to report it as a bug but support was less then helpful.

It may well not be a bug but just the way the car drives in and/or it's IR signature. Motion detection works best when across the FOV, not at the camera. Also, I don't know that a 2019-2023 RAV4 tells me much - is it a hybrid or PHEV which may not have been using the engine so the IR output was minimal? Our RAV4 Prime is detected but is red and we have to back it in to charge.

A screenshot of the camera view may be useful.
