Ultra 2. Shows green screen when trying to view live video and timeline on phone/tablet.

I have three Ultra 2 cameras connected to one hub. One of the camera's periodically will show a green screen when I try to view the video live on a phone or tablet. The green screen will be viewable from multiple phones or tablets. It is also viewable via the timeline in the constant video recording. Do you know what I can do to resolve this issue?
