I have two ultra 2 cam and both have disable 4K Live streaming

 

Cam 1. Have manual recording and photo button (still under secure trial)

Cam 2 No manual recording and photo button and it has a SD card icon (secure trial expired)


Why cam 1 has the button whereas cam 2 doesn’t has? Any method to solve this problem? Thank you

Manual recording and snapshots both require a subscription.  So the only way to get those features back is to subscribe.

Thanks @StephenB 🙏🏻 but I can’t find any info relate to this. But I have door bell as well. Subscription has expired but it still able to manual recording and snapshot. Are they should be the same?

All currently sold Arlo cameras require a subscription for cloud storage.  And manual recordings/snapshots are only made to the cloud, so they require that subscription.

The doorbell also requires a subscription, so there is a mystery there.
