Hi - I am getting an “uncertified accessory” when adding my Ultra 2 base station to HomeKit. I have tried a factory reset and still get this error. How do I fix this?

Was able to get through on live chat. They reset my HomeKit token as well as had me reboot and then I was able to add. Unfortunate that we can’t do it ourselves but glad that my base station is in HomeKit now.
