Ultra 2 Camera Went Dead

One of my Ultra 2 Cameras went dead yesterday. 

Other camera is just fine.

Battery was at a good level before it went dead.

Tried disconnecting camera and now it dosen't even recognise the camera if I try to reinstall it.

Put the charger on it, but no lights.

Try connecting AC power with the battery removed, too. If no good, use Settings, Support (Center) to select your camera model. Scroll down to Contacts to start talking to official support for a possible RMA.

I suggest that you first try swapping the batteries in the two cameras, so you can tell if the issue is the battery or the camera.
