Ultra 2 Camera Has anyone ever had had phone call reply from Live Agent.

Just wondering if anyone has ever managed to get a returned call from ARLO through their supposed Live Agent returned call “service”. Second day trying and now past 3 hours (yesterday was 2 hours when I gave up) after it said the call would be made in about 3 minutes. This after having a support request not resolved for over 3 weeks and was told to use this service to speak to a Live Agent!
