Ultra 2. After adding a subscription one of two phones has lost the Mode and Devices menus.

Both Iphones had Mode and Devices menu's before adding a subscription plan. Only one has it now.  I see both menus on the PC's.  Tried removing app and downloading again, didn't work.

Is one of the phones using a "friend" account?
