Trouble Connecting Two Accounts to the Base Station

  • Both my husband I have been connected to the Base Station.
  • We had problems and had to do a factory reset. 
  • Now, I am able to connect the Base Station to his account and he has granted me access.
  • I cannot connect to the Base Station. My account does not discover it.
  • The only way to solve this is to do a factory reset which knocks my husband off and the cycle repeats.
  • How can I get both of us connected to the Base Station?

Only the original/primary account holder can claim the system. That person can use Settings, Grant Access to the other's email address so both can access the system at the same time.

I have been granted access and but it still will not find the base station.
