- Both my husband I have been connected to the Base Station.
- We had problems and had to do a factory reset.
- Now, I am able to connect the Base Station to his account and he has granted me access.
- I cannot connect to the Base Station. My account does not discover it.
- The only way to solve this is to do a factory reset which knocks my husband off and the cycle repeats.

Only the original/primary account holder can claim the system. That person can use Settings, Grant Access to the other's email address so both can access the system at the same time.
