Has anyone had any luck with arlo support? I've called and emailed. They called me back to send me to someone else and have been on hold for over an hour. Is this normal customer service for this company?

Yes. I am also having issues contacting support. I created a case several days ago and I have yet to have a response. I tried calling and requested a call back but I did not receive a call. Very frustrating.
