Looking for general advice. I have a house wired for traditional security cameras powered over EtherNet but I'm unhappy with the tech for those cameras (not easily HomeKit/app compatible, mostly) and plus there are not enough outlets around the house so I'd have to wire a few more cameras.
Anyway, ideally I'd mount the cameras on the current brackets already. Been looking for a 6e to USB power adapter but it seems the cable length will be the issue plus mounting brackets. Anyone done this? Got advice?

MarkToronto,
Depending on the style of your existing mounting brackets, they may or may not be compatible with Arlo cameras. Arlo cameras use a magnetic or traditional 1/4-20 thread.
To power the cameras, we recommend the Arlo Solar Panel or Outdoor charging adapter if you are looking for an always powered solution rather than battery only. you can find these accessories here: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/accessories
