System offline but still recording

I have reset and removed so devices and it’s showing offline. I can not view live feed. However the cameras are still recording and saving to feeds. Not sure where to go from here. The base station is connected via ethernet.

Did you add the Ultras back tot he account after you reset them?

Have you tried Arlo support?
