Stuck camera in case

Camera is stuck in the case and the key release doesn’t work. Help

Sometimes the camera pops out only slightly - you have to use fingernails or something thin to get it to pop out sufficiently to be able to remove it. I recently had this happen on an Ultra 1 and had to get creative to complete the removal. Be careful to not damage the seal.
