Smart Hub can't find Ultra 2 camera

Smart Hub cannot find the Ultra wire-free camera. I've restarted the hub, reset the camera, plugged the camera in, re-inserted the battery, pressed Sync on the camera... all countless times in varying order, and nothing works. I purchased a 2-pack and the first camera connected fine. The battery is fully charged.

Start by removing all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Try connecting that camera first. If still no good, swap at the store.
