Sent spouse grant access. She created new account like email said. Not able to access mine, still pending at my end.#grant access# Arlo pro 4

Have her click on the "create account" on a PC instead of use her phone. That will open the browser to my.arlo.com.

From there, she just logs into the account she's already created (going through the 2 factor authentication step).
