'Record video' greyed out

Hi,

we have recently had problems with our Arlo Ultra 2 cameras: the base was offline and the only way to get it back to work was to reset the base and add the cameras again, one by one. It works fine now, however the cameras don't record videos anymore. When I go to mode > armed > edit, the option to record a video is greyed out. This happens both in the app and online version. Any idea as to why ?

    Not sure but check your subscription status. It may be due to an expired subscription.
