I just spent alot of money, but didnt realize I cant speak to anyone with Arlo. What kind of company sells products and do not have support via phone calls? OMG I though ADT was a bad service, but at least you could call them and get a live person on the phone. Why doesnt Arlo prove a phone number to call? What is going on?

Do you have a subscription (paid or trial)? If you do, you can go into the support area of the app. Scroll down to "contact" and you should see a phone option.
