I have 2 arlo ultra 2 cameras attached to my base station. One decided to go off line while the other is fine. The one that went off line was attached to a solar panel, fully charged and in range if wifi. I tried to get it back online but have been unsuccessful.
I’ve removed the camera from my devices and have tried to do a factory reset and re-connect the camera to the base station but it’s not working. I’ve held the sync button while trying to connect the camera and after 15 seconds it flashes amber 3 times. I don’t know what else to do. Tia

If it's still in the account, you need to remove it. Then re-add it to your account.

@StephenBI have removed it as I couldn’t get it on line while it was still connected. I can’t get it to reconnect back to the smart hub.

If you are trying with your phone, I suggest trying again using a PC browser (my.arlo.com).
