Random logout issue

I have granted full access to one other person, both myself and the other user have regular random logouts that prevent the base from arming/disarming using geofencing. This doesn’t resolve itself until the user who got kicked out logs back into the app. It then works fine for a while until the next time it happens.

It doesn’t appear to be dependant on the other user being logged in or not, and neither of us ever log into the web portal, only the app.

Everything is up to date and we both have separate logins.

We have 2x Ultra 2 cameras connected to a VMB5000 base.

Have you made sure that the app is allowed to run in the background (how to do that depends on the phone)?
