I had the Arlo Ultra 2 cameras working fine, then moved and lost the hub that came with the cameras new.
I bought a used Arlo VMB4540 Smart Hub and cannot seem to get it to connect.
Been through the process several times to set up with new account and factory resets but still no luck.
Is there something I'm missing ?

The previous owner must remove it from their account. If they don't do that, you'll not be able to use the hub.
