Problem with Arlo ultra2 recording

I have 2 Arlo ultra2 units and both work live but now only one unit is activated by motion and then records motion for later playback

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the problem camera?

If you swap the cameras, does the problem move with the camera or stay with the location?
