Picture locked in "zoomed" state? Cannot zoom back out?

While viewing the Ultra 2 camera from the Arlo app on a phone or iPad the picture can lock in a "zoomed" state.  I can not zoom out, back to the normal view.  It will allow me to continue to zoom in the new locked zoom view.  I have cycled the camera and or the hub and in some cases the problem resolves itself in others it stayed locked in the zoomed state for days then after multiple resets finally returned back to the "unzoomed" state.

Reboot the devices and reinstall the app. Any better? Is this for live view or viewing a recorded video? Just tried both here on Android with no problems.
