I have Ultra 2 on the 3 month trail, I found I have local recorded video, but missing cloud video and notification. Anyone sees the same?

Just making sure but do have the rules for each individual cam under modes set to record and notifications checked. You should have the recordings and notifications with the trial if you do.

This happens time to time. It is not the consistent issue. So not per user related.
