 hi,

 

why doesn’t the activity option appear now that I have paid for a subscription?

Unless things have changed recently with the v4.x app and interface (I do see you're using the old interface), only the subscription is needed - no need for AC power. You might want to reboot the phone and reinstall the app. Make sure the camera is enabled in Settings, Subscription, Manage Cameras.

You need to plug the camera into external power to initiate the zones, then when you unplug the zones should remain so you can adjust when camera is in position.

Thanks I reinstalled the app and the pop up appeared to create an activity zone.
