I have had an Arlo Ultra 2 system for a couple years. I just set up the same cameras and Arlo Secure subscription for my daughter, but when I log into her account, the interface is different in the iOS app and online. My tabs are horizontal and include Devices, Library, Mode and Settings. Her tabs are vertical and include Dashboard, Feed, Emergency, Devices, Routines and Settings.

Yes. Arlo is slowly launching a new user experience. Your daughter has the new one (generally called "Feed' here), while you have the older one ("Library").
The new one does have some issues, after they are resolved I expect Arlo to migrate everyone to "Feed".
