Lost access to account and don't have email

For some reason the email linked to my account is unknown now and I cannot login in any of the services or accounts to manage my account.   I need to speak with a human support person somehow as I only have my credit card charges for my monthly service and no way to get into anything else.   How can I reach someone for help as the chat is not useful at all and there is no support phone number anywhere.
