After the most recent app update and the one month free trial, I am not seeing my feed for my local storage. I am not a subscribing member and only use my local storage. Because I am not a subscribing member, I am not able to talk to an agent.....even though this was an issue that they created for me.

Although I do have a subscription, local recordings are working well here. You can try rebooting the hub and your phone. A reinstall of the app may also help.

My feed is not showing again.  Please help.  This is very frustrating that these problems happened with the update.

Try logging out and logging back in. If that does not resolve the behavior, please remove one of the Ultra from the account and add it back on.
