Local Storage grayed out

Hi,

I feel like I’m missing something… I recently bought the Arlo Ultra 2 and trying to set up the Local Storage. However, the option for it is grayed out- even with a Samsung 256 GB micro SD card inserted. Is it grayed out because I have the free trial still? Or is this a bug or a faulty SD card?

Try rebooting the hub to see if that helps. The option should never be grayed out but would just lead you through getting it set up. You may need to remove the hub from your account and claim it again.

Thanks! I did try your suggestion and it didn't work. I went ahead and tried it with a 128 GB SD micro card and that worked.... so it was the previous card, which was odd as it was brand new.
