Leave Ultra 2 spotlight on when unit that is plugged into power. Light goes off when away from app.

I would like to be able to leave my spotlight on as I have a unit that is plugged into power.  When I move away from the app, the light goes out.

You can have the spotlight turned on from your Ultra 2 by starting up the livestream and leaving the spotlight on. But the spotlight will turn off if the livestream is turned off.

If you are wanting your spotlight to stay on even when your livestream is off, then I would suggest for you to post on the Idea Exchange board where our development team routinely reviews posts in the Arlo Idea Exchange to assess which features the community would like to see implemented.
