I just installed 3 ultra 2 cameras. I tested the audio to speak to my wife on the porch. She could barely hear me. When I removed the camera from the secure housing, the audio was great. The housing extremely muffles the sound. What can I do to fix this?

The speaker has openings on the front. Have you removed the clear plastic protection cover from the front of the doorbell that is used to protect the device during shipment?
