I have 4 pro 2 cameras and only one has very good picture quality.

Out of 4 units, only one camera provides good picture quality and other three qualities are bad.  I brought the units close to the base unit so that signal strength can be better but no difference.  It means wireless signal strength has nothing to do with the quality.  Also, the one that provides good quality is farther than couple other ones.  What can be the reason for it?  Or do I need to get a new system?

Can you describe the effect on the video quality of the problem cameras? Pixelated, blurry, dark etc.

To reset a pro2 camera, pull the battery out for 10sec.
