How to turn off audio alerts on Ultra 2 4K cameras?

Hi,

I have a few of the ARLO Ultra 2 4K cameras with smart hub. All going well except I have a busy road and keep getting audio alerts. I have tried turning off the Smart notification audio alerts, but still get the audio alerts. Anyone have thesame issue and advice on how to fix this please?

Did you look at the rules for the cameras in your modes, and make sure that audio detection is not checked?  https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them
