How do I record backups to both the cloud and the SD card using a VMB5000 SmartHub?

The info I have found makes me think that if I insert the SD card then it won't be using the cloud.I want to keep using the cloud and at the same time have a local backup.

The triggered recordings that go to the cloud are also stored on the base/hub storage device.

Manual recordings and snapshots go to the cloud storage only and are not stored on the base/hub storage device.

Only the arlo hubs allow mobile app access to the local storage device.
