I am trying to get a hold of an Arlo representative on the phone somebody that I can trust who is from the Arlo home security and not a scam on the Internet. I want to start a monthly service for my security system that I already have.

You need a subscription to speak with official support. Have you looked in Settings, Home, Plans to see what's offered? You shouldn't need to speak to someone to do this.
